Ample fresh air also flows through as well as natural lighting, which will make for a more comfortable living experience.

The North Tower is scheduled to be completed by last quarter of 2017. The South Tower, on the other hand, is now open for pre-selling.

Complementing the lifestyle of wellness that one can find inside their homes are the spacious and sophisticated amenities located at the condo development’s sixth floor. Dubbed as a slice of heaven closest to the ground, the wellness amenities consists of a sunset grove and gazebos, activity lawn and playground for kids, meditation and exercise garden, an al fresco lounge, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool, among other outdoor amenities that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Meanwhile, those who want to spend quality time indoors can do so at the WiFi reading lounge, game room, videoke room, and spa / sauna / massage room and at the private theatre. Residents who want to keep fit can visit the fitness gym.

There are also function rooms that can serve as apt venues for special occasions, as well as a sky lounge that provides a panoramic view of the Manila Bay sunset.

The condo development will feature a three-level retail area to cater to residents and guests. The retail area is expected to be completed by last quarter of this year.

This quiet lifestyle that promotes health and wellness for would-be residents is accessible as well from key places of interest.

Its prime address along Roxas Boulevard puts it near many entertainment, commercial and cultural landmarks such as the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Cultural Center of the Philippines, SM Mall of Asia, Metropolitan Museum of Manila, Rizal Park, Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Embassy of Japan, to name a few.
