Strengthening Foothold Robinsons Residences Creates, Delivers, Noteworthy Developments

The Trion Towers 

Last September, The Trion Towers which is one of the four Robinsons Residences projects located within the Bonifacio Global City, welcomed its first residents and a number of potential homebuyers.

Through a simple housewarming party, which was held at the lobby and ground floor amenities area, both guests and

residents were able to indulge and have a feel of the life that awaits them at The Trion Towers. Attendees were likewise allowed to have a glimpse of the units that have beencompleted and of the ready for-use amenities area located at the upper ground floor.

The amenities on the first tower included a chic game room, an aerobic room that can also serve as yoga, pilates or ballet studio, a full-scale indoor fitness center that offers a panoramic view of the Bonifacio Global City, a boxing room, an outdoor pool and indoor function rooms.

The Trion Towers tower 1 is 98 percent sold, with only a few, select units remaining. And with all units ready-for-occupancy, those who would prefer to buy can move-in fast through the easy and flexible payment terms offered by Robinsons Residences.

Currently, a total of 239 units have already been turned over to happy and satisfied buyers, 131 of whom have already moved in.

The Trion Towers continues to boast of a very high acceptance rate of 93 percent. With this high approval from the buyers. "It only goes to show that Robinsons

Residences are delivering projects in accordance to what was committed during pre-selling stage," said RLC vice president for project management Engr. Emmanuel Arce.

"Construction of the second tower is also proceeding as scheduled with 35 percent of building construction now complete," Arce claimed.


Gateway Regency

Now, young active achievers can find their perfect nook at Gateway Regency, which is strategically located within an urban zone that is Robinsons Cybergate Complex, as all of its units are ready-for-occupancy.

The bulk of turnover is scheduled this year, with the turnover team working double-time to ensure that home buyers will receive units at conditions that are at par if not more than what was promised to them during preselling stage.

"Construction of parking slots in all three levels and amenities such as function rooms, reading areas, Wi-Fi hotspot areas, swimming pools, shower and changing areas, fitness center, landscaped gardens, outdoor walking paths, outdoor children’s playground, barbeque pits and gazebos have all been completed based on schedule and just in time for the turnover," related RLC senior project director Engr Tony Liza.
