Roxas Blvd. project infuses heritage with convenience
August 09, 2017  • Manila Bulletin

The promise of developing a landmark residential project along the famed Manila Bay is now becoming a reality, as Robinsons Residences’ The Radiance Manila Bay continues to rise in historic Roxas Boulevard with a vision to craft a lifestyle that infuses heritage with modern convenience.

Its prime address provides families with an intimate and leisurely living experience by the bay, as it is situated near cultural and entertainment destinations such as the Rizal Park, Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Complex, the National Museum, the Binondo district, and the entertainment city which houses world-class hotels and casinos.

Aside from that, it is also in close proximity to relevant places for everyday needs which includes malls, schools, financial institutions, and various foreign embassies.

The Radiance Manila Bay offers options of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Selected units feature a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, where residents can indulge in watching the sunset, or the city skyline.

The development’s North Tower will be ready-for-occupancy by end of this year. It will also have its own Retail Bloc, which will be composed of various brands, specialty shops, and restaurants.

Heritage cuisine

One specialty restaurant that recently opened within The Radiance Manila Bay’s Retail Bloc is the Lido Cocina Tsina which brings authentic Chinese cuisine that has been loved for over 80 years beside the renowned Manila Bay.

“Choosing Lido Cocina Tsina to be part of the Bloc is part of our initiative to diversify choices that will cater to the needs and preferences of our stakeholders, which are residents, businessmen, and families along the area, among others,” explained Jubie Anne Vallarta, Leasing Manager for Robinsons Land Corp.

Now on its 16th branch, Lido Cocina Tsina has always produced a harmony of flavors, made with the freshest ingredients using an heirloom recipe from a Chinese chef known as Mr. Lido who had established a modest eatery along Binondo called Panciteria Lido in 1936.

“Opening our franchise here is an opportunity to reach more people. It also validates that we are on the right track in delivering Chinese cuisine that satisfy the discriminating palate of urban dwellers who have been used to time-tested Chinese dishes,” said Bryan Tan, owner of the Lido Cocina Tsina at The Radiance Manila Bay.
