Robinsons Land Goes Extra Mile,Offers Digital Concierge

Services that go the extra mile often spell the difference. 

But these services usually come at a steep price, or with trade offs, as many have since accepted over time.

Robinsons Residences, the urban lifestyle brand of Robinsons Land Corp., however, is turning the notion around as it shows that going beyond the extra mile is no longer an added baggage, but rather a privilege that it accords to its unit owners, as well as a critical element of the brand's mantra: City Living Done Right.

Through the newly launched Ring Rob Concierge, Robinsons Residences is offering deserving residents the ease of accomplishing some of the most trivial yet daunting day-to-day tasks.

Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, senior vice president of Robinsons Luxuria and Robinsons Residences, explained that Ring Rob Concierge is an extensive online service request platform wherein a comprehensive menu of services is made available exclusively to residents of Robinsons Residences projects.

As a virtual concierge service, Ring Rob Concierge addresses the need for convenience and hassle-free lifestyle of each unit owner.

According to Aragon-GoBio, the digital concierge is expected to complement the already comfortable and convenient experience of unit owners as it functions to deliver prompt service with just a click of a button.

Through Ring Rob Concierge, residents can arrange repairs and housekeeping services for their unit, laundry service or food deliveries.

To avail of such services, unit owners need only to login and register for free at www.ringrobconcierge.com or download the Ring Rob app to their Android or IOS mobile device.

Residents can likewise register at the Ring Rob Business Center located at Basement 1 on Trion Tower 1. Each unit owners is entitled to three Ring Rob accounts. At present, the Ring Rob Concierge service is available only to Bonifacio Global City based Robinsons Residences unit owners.

However, Aragon-GoBio noted that it will be eventually offered to other areas where the brand is present.

Ring Rob’s Concierge’s list of services include Business Center Services (messengerial, photo copying, scanning,

fax, binding, typing, computer rental with internet, projector and laptop rental, pre-paid cards/E-load, limited time Wi-Fi subscription), Automotive Services (chauffeur, fit-out, repairs and maintenance), taxi calling, laundry, and on-line deliveries (food, grocery, gifts).

Registration will be free for all unit owners and official tenants of Robinsons Residences. Fees for services availed through the site will be competitive to nondigital options. Payments for the services can be conveniently settled through cash, card or online banking.

Meanwhile, apart from the Ring Rob Concierge service, Aragon-GoBio also noted that “all Robinsons Residences developments has its own property management team that looks af ter the security and safety of the residents as well as the upkeep of the amenities, facilities and other common areas of each building.”

With the Ring Rob Concierge service in place, and the efficient property management group at work, it is definitely "City Living Done Right" for Robinsons Residences' unit owners. It is a distinct privilege that only a Robinsons brand can give.

That privilege speaks of numerous perks, entitlements and lifestyle benefits, which Robinsons homeowners can now enjoy through the newly launched RLC Lifestyle Card.

May L. Precilla, vice president for sales and marketing of Robinsons Residences and Robinsons Luxuria explained that the RLC Lifestyle Card was introduced by

the company to show gratitude to its loyal customers.

"It is to date the only privilege card to be issued by a property developer that seeks to further promote loyalty and at the same time enhance the living experience of select home owners of Robinsons Land's four residential brands namely Robinsons Luxuria, Robinsons Residences, Robinsons Communities and Robinsons Homes," Precilla said.

The card will be given to Robinsons Land Corporation’s for Residential brands’ select qualified unit owners who are in good standing.

There will be two types of cards, depending on the total contract price of the purchased unit/s: The Gold Card and the Platinum Card.

Both cards will have corresponding dining and retail privileges plus other welcome perks and bonuses.

Among the perks that the RLC Lifestyle card offers, are privileges and rewards that unit owners can enjoy from Robinsons Land’s owned affiliates. Some of these entitlements provide even greater value to unit owners upon moving into their new home.

Here's a peek of what a card holder can expect from the RLC Lifestyle Card, as shared by some of the participating merchants.

PLDT. With the RLC Lifestyle Card, unit owners will have the exclusive privilege of getting at least P3,000 worth of savings when they avail of the PLDT Home packages.

Robinsons Appliances. Card holders can avail of up to 20 percent discount on selected audio video items, gadgets, and kitchen and home appliances.

Handyman. Cardholders will be given up to 20 percent discount on automotive items, home organizers and bath accessories while for other items, discounts would range from 10 to 15 percent.

Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria. One complimentary buffet at the Seven Corners Restaurant will be granted during a Platinum cardholder's birthday month when he or she dines with a group The card would also accord cardholders a 15 percent discount on food and beverage bill at Seven Corners and Xian Tian Di Restaurant, 20 percent discount on best available rate for hotel room accommodations and 15 perfect discount on room service and mini-bar during their stay at the hotel.

Holiday Inn Manila Galleria. RLC Lifestyle cardholders will be granted 15 perfect discount on food and beverage bill at Bar One, 20 percent discount on best available rate for hotel room accommodations and 15 percent discount on room service and mini-bar during stay.

 

The Magnolia Residences

 Also, according to Arce, "completion of amenities for Towers A and B such as game room, multi-purpose room, library, fitness center, locker and shower rooms, children's playroom, pools, gardens, jogging path, gazebos among others are also proceeding as scheduled. 

 

Woodsville Residences
